Nobody holds anybody's money.
When a booking is confirmed, the sender's payment moves into escrow. The carrier can see it is funded. Neither side can touch it. It releases to the carrier only when delivery is confirmed, and returns to the sender if the match falls through.

You're handing your parcel to a real, named person.
Every account submits a government ID. A person on our team compares the document with the profile photo, checks it hasn't been tampered with, and either approves it or sends back a reason. Until that clears, nobody can book or carry.
